Beirut is on Fire again!

The landmark shopping center designed by renowned British architect Zaha Hadid becomes the third major blaze in a week in a city still reeling from a devastating port blast that killed 200 people.
Black clouds of smoke were seen from the building in Beirut today. Firefighters extinguished the fire with water hoses aimed into the smoldering facade. There were already 3 fires in a week in Beirut that have brought new miseries after the disastrous August 4 blast.

People watch as firefighters were hauled up in a crane and water hoses and are aimed at the curved lattice of the building in Beirut today  .

The ruined facade of the building after a fire in what one officer said that it was  the insulation between the interior and the outside of the building .

Firefighters are lifted up by a crane to stop the fire which broke out at Beirut Souks on Tuesday. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
